Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and practical experience with Mortgages.
• Experience handling Loans and a solid understanding of Finance principles.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly with diverse clients.
• Ability to analyze financial information, assess risk, and match clients with appropriate mortgage products.
• Attention to detail in documentation, compliance, and record-keeping.
• Proficiency with basic office software and mortgage-related systems.
• Previous experience in banking, mortgage brokerage, or financial services is preferred.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages common in the UAE is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Abu Dhabi and manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
