Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Mortgage Consultant role based in Dubai. The Mortgage Consultant will guide clients through the mortgage process, from initial inquiry to successful loan completion, ensuring a clear understanding of available products and terms. Daily responsibilities include assessing client needs, analyzing financial information, recommending suitable mortgage solutions, and coordinating with lenders and internal teams to progress applications. The role also involves managing documentation, following up on approvals, maintaining accurate records in line with regulatory requirements, and providing timely customer support. The Mortgage Consultant is expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to support ongoing business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry, including Mortgages and Mortgage Lending.
• Solid understanding of Finance principles and the ability to interpret financial data.
• Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service, with a client-focused and solution-oriented approach.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Proven sales or consulting experience in banking, mortgage brokerage, or financial services is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai and manage a high-volume workload with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic office software and CRM systems; fluency in English is required, additional languages are an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
