Formación

• Knowledge of UAE mortgage products and lending processes.
• 1–2 years of UAE mortgage experience.
• Ability to analyze income, liabilities and affordability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in mortgage brokerage, real estate or financial services is beneficial.
• Proficiency in English; other UAE languages are a plus.

Role Description

The Mortgage Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The role involves advising clients on suitable mortgage products, explaining terms and conditions, and guiding them through the end-to-end application process. Daily responsibilities include assessing client financial profiles, gathering and verifying documentation, coordinating with banks and lending institutions, and tracking application status through to closing. The Mortgage Consultant will provide proactive customer service, respond to inquiries, and offer clear, unbiased information on available mortgage options. The role also includes staying updated on UAE mortgage regulations, market trends, and lender policies to ensure accurate and timely guidance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Real Estate, including local UAE practices and products.


• Candidates should have 1-2 years experienced in UAE mortgage


• Candidates should possess solid Finance and Mortgage Lending skills, with the ability to analyze income, liabilities, and affordability.


• Candidates should possess good analytical and problem-solving skills to identify appropriate mortgage solutions.


• Relevant experience in mortgage brokerage, real estate, or financial services in the UAE is highly beneficial.


• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages commonly spoken in the UAE are an advantage.
