Job summary

Amity mortgages in Dubai is seeking a Mortgage Advisor to join our on-site team. You will meet clients, assess affordability, explain products, and prepare applications, liaising with lenders and underwriters to progress cases.

You will generate leads, participate in marketing initiatives, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations while delivering clear, responsible guidance to clients throughout the mortgage journey.

Qualifications

• CeMAP or equivalent mortgage advisory certification.
• Experience in mortgages and finance with knowledge of products, rates, and affordability.
• Strong client-facing communication and active listening.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in UAE.
• Proficiency with common office and CRM software.
• Previous mortgage advisor, banker, or financial consultant experience in UAE or GCC preferred.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Mortgage Advisor role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Mortgage Advisor will meet with clients to understand their financial circumstances, explain mortgage products, and recommend suitable solutions aligned with regulatory and company guidelines. Daily responsibilities include assessing affordability, preparing mortgage applications, collecting and verifying documentation, and liaising with lenders, underwriters, and internal teams to progress applications to completion. The role involves ongoing client communication, tracking application status, and providing updates and advice throughout the mortgage journey. The Mortgage Advisor will also contribute to lead generation, participate in mortgage marketing initiatives, and maintain accurate records in compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Mortgages and Finance, including mortgage structures, interest rates, and affordability assessments.
• Candidates should possess skills in Mortgage Marketing and Financial Planning to support client acquisition and provide holistic guidance on long-term financial commitments.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as CeMap (or equivalent recognized mortgage advisory certification), along with familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Strong client-facing skills, including clear communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex financial information in accessible terms.
• Candidates should possess solid analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with common office and CRM software.
• Previous experience as a mortgage advisor, banker, or financial consultant, ideally within the UAE or GCC region, is highly beneficial.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are an advantage.
