ABOUT THE ROLE

Xperts Home Mortgage is looking for confident, energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing mortgage sales team in Dubai.

The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements and introducing suitable mortgage & property financing solutions.

You will be supported with professional training, leads and guidance to help you build a successful career in mortgage sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contact and communicate with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand client requirements and financial needs.
• Generate and follow up with leads.
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Explain mortgage and financing solutions clearly.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline.
• Update and manage customer information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the internal mortgage team and banks.
• Work towards monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.
