Job summary

Armis Group is seeking a Modern Workplace & Endpoint Engineer in Al Ain, UAE. The role focuses on administering Microsoft 365 services, endpoints, and core infrastructure, while providing end-user support and optimizing hybrid environments.

The candidate will manage identities, hybrid infrastructure, and Azure Virtual Desktop, collaborating with security and cloud teams to ensure service stability. Fluency in English and on-site availability are required.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments and endpoints.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Background in Active Directory and Windows Server administration.
• Experience in hybrid on-premises and cloud IT environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and end-user support in enterprise settings.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Modern Workplace & Endpoint Engineer to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, support, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services, endpoint devices, and core infrastructure components, while providing support to end users.

Whatever you're working on, what are the technical skills you're likely to have

• Proven experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Experience in Active Directory and Windows Server administration.
• Knowledge of Endpoint Management and Support.
• Experience supporting hybrid IT environments (On-Premises and Cloud).
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Infrastructure and System Administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience providing end-user support in enterprise environments.
• 3 years of experience in Modern Workplace, Endpoint Management, Microsoft Infrastructure, or related roles (preferred).
• Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, MS-102, AZ-104, or equivalent, are considered a plus.
