Job summary

ARMIS in Al Ain, UAE invites an experienced Modern Workplace & Endpoint Engineer to join our team. You will administer and optimize Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Azure Virtual Desktop to support end users and a hybrid IT environment.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, and strong end-user support skills, with a proactive, customer-focused mindset. This on-site role offers opportunities to shape enterprise-scale IT infrastructure.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Modern Workplace & Endpoint Engineer to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, support, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services, endpoint devices, and core infrastructure components, while providing support to end users.

Whatever you’re working on, what are the technical skills you’re likely to have?

• Proven experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Experience in Active Directory and Windows Server administration.
• Knowledge of Endpoint Management and Support.
• Experience supporting hybrid IT environments (On-Premises and Cloud).
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Infrastructure and System Administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience providing end-user support in enterprise environments.
• 3 years of experience in Modern Workplace, Endpoint Management, Microsoft Infrastructure, or related roles (preferred).
• Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, MS-102, AZ-104, or equivalent, are considered a plus.
