Armis Group is seeking a Modern Workplace & Endpoint Engineer in Al Ain, UAE. The role focuses on administering Microsoft 365 services, endpoints, and core infrastructure, while providing end-user support and optimizing hybrid environments.

The candidate will manage identities, hybrid infrastructure, and Azure Virtual Desktop, collaborating with security and cloud teams to ensure service stability. Fluency in English and on-site availability are required.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments and endpoints.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Background in Active Directory and Windows Server administration.
• Experience in hybrid on-premises and cloud IT environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and end-user support in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Manage endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM).
• Support and maintain hybrid environments (On-Premises and Cloud).
• Administer and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Manage identities with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory/Windows Server.
• Respond to end-user requests and service tickets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with endpoints, 365 services, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams for stability.
