Atoms in Dubai is seeking a Recruiter to scale the Middle East teams, supporting field engineering and field operations for autonomous deployments. This role focuses on building robust pipelines and partnering with site leaders to meet deployment timelines.

You will drive talent strategies, map markets across mining, heavy equipment and robotics software, and push for high-quality hires in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring for mining, heavy industry, robotics or autonomous vehicles.
• Ability to discuss mine production cycles, DBW kits, CAN diagnostics.
• Experience recruiting for remote, rotational or site-based roles in GCC.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven, highly organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for Field Engineering and Field Operations roles.
• Partner with leadership to define hiring needs and calibrate talent strategy to deployment timelines.
• Build pipelines across mining operations, field service tech, and robotics/software engineers.
• Market-map mining, heavy equipment, automotive electronics and autonomous vehicle sectors.
• Drive time-to-fill improvements and maintain a high quality of hires.
• Use funnel data to identify bottlenecks and streamline recruiting workflows.
