IOTA Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Dubai to lead the recruitment of technical professionals for Middle East projects. You will work with the Middle East Business Unit and cross-functional teams to align priorities and implement effective sourcing strategies.

The role requires five years of experience in technical recruitment, fluency in English, and hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, and ATS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Minimum five years in technical or industrial recruitment.
• Experience in technical assistance, engineering consultancy or heavy industries recruitment.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Manage recruitment of technical professionals for Middle East projects.
• Develop sourcing strategies and headhunt passive candidates.
• Collaborate with Middle East Business Unit and stakeholders.
• Record all activities in SmartRecruiters.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience throughout the process.
