Job summary

Edge Resourcing, a Dubai-based media company, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join the HR team on a 6-month contract with a view to permanency. The role collaborates with the Head of HR to fill vacancies across the MENA region and involves coordinating interviews, travel, offers, and onboarding.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of recruitment experience, regional exposure, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in-house or agency.
• Regional experience required.
• Experience managing a large number of vacancies concurrently.
• Arabic language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advertise vacancies internally & externally.
• Identify potential candidates by screening resumes.
• Conduct first stage interviews to screen against job descriptions.
• Shortlist candidates for line managers.
• Develop sourcing strategies for identifying new talent.
