Job summary

Atoms is seeking a Recruiter to scale our Field Engineering and Field Operations teams across the Middle East, with on-site rotations at mining operations in the region. You will own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, partnering with site leaders to define needs and deploy talent strategies that align with deployment timelines.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, ideally in mining, heavy industry, or robotics contexts.
• Ability to discuss mine production cycles, DBW kits, CAN diagnostics, and embedded Linux debugging.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for Field Engineering and Field Operations roles for autonomous deployments, including on-site rotations at mining operations in the Middle East.
• Partner with leadership and site managers to define hiring needs and calibrate strategy to deployment timelines.
• Build pipelines across mining, field service/tech roles, and robotics/software engineers.
• Market-map relevant sectors to find talent beyond job boards.
• Present a compelling value proposition to candidates about FIFO rotations and on-site work.
• Drive hiring initiatives to improve time-to-fill and quality, using funnel data to identify bottlenecks.
