Job summary

Kempinski in Dubai seeks a dedicated Mini Bar Supervisor to oversee minibar service in rooms and suites. You will ensure courteous, professional, and efficient service in line with Kempinski standards, while upselling items and maintaining accurate minibar records.

The role requires 2–4 years in F&B service, strong teamwork, and attention to hygiene. The position is a permanent full-time role located in Dubai with a focus on premium guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B service preferred for hotel settings.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in assigned rooms per Kempinski standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas at all times.
• Upsell menu items and explain specials to guests.
• Operate POS system and handle guest folios accurately.
• Attend staff meetings and follow hotel policies on safety and hygiene.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures for the outlet.
• Monitor stock and report spoilage or shortages promptly.
• Provide courteous, efficient service and escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure product quality and expiry checks for minibar items.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code.
