Kempinski Hotel Abu Dhabi is seeking a diligent Room Service Attendant to deliver food and beverages to guests in their rooms, ensuring courteous, professional and flexible service in line with Kempinski's DNA and high standards of guest care.

You will be knowledgeable about all menus, perform upselling where appropriate, uphold grooming and hospitality standards, report to the Assistant Room Service Manager, and collaborate to maintain cleanliness, stock control and smooth operation of the room

Responsabilidades

• Deliver food and beverages to guests in rooms in a courteous, professional and efficient manner.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and hygiene as per hotel policy.
• Be knowledgeable of all hotel food and beverage offerings and upsell menu items where appropriate.
• Ensure room service areas are clean, organized and well stocked.
• Report to duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and nametag.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures for the outlet and participate in staff trainings.
