Job summary

Asset Living in Dubai is seeking a Migration Lead to steer end-to-end portfolio transitions for multifamily properties. You will coordinate with Operations, Marketing, IT, Legal, and Training to meet timelines and client expectations.

The role requires 4–6 years in client services or real estate transitions, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage multiple deadlines. Proficiency in Yardi, CRM systems, SharePoint, and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in client services, property management, or transitions.
• Proven experience in property transitions or portfolio migrations, ideally within multifamily or real estate.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration processes for multi-property portfolios, ensuring timelines and client expectations are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during migrations to facilitate communication and address concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, Treasury, IT, Legal, and Training to align on requirements.
• Develop migration timelines, identify dependencies, and implement strategic adjustments for smooth transitions.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to migration processes, tools, and templates.
• Act as a mentor and escalation point for Client Services Specialists.
• Maintain accurate migration trackers, status updates, and client-facing deliverables.
• Manage unique portfolio requirements such as client-specific Yardi instances, banking arrangements, and MSAs.
