You will serve as the single point of contact for residents across the JRE portfolio and coordinate closely with the advisory desk to ensure a smooth transition back into resale.

This role requires a hospitality or private-client services background, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to coordinate trades and vendors under pressure.

• Own the post-sale phase: handover, snagging, furnishing partners, tenancy.
• Single point of contact for residents across the JRE portfolio.
• Work closely with the advisory desk so concierge gracefully hands back into resale.
• Hybrid: Emirates Towers HQ plus frequent on-site at client residences.
