Job summary

Jobgether in the UAE is seeking a Commercial IT Team Lead – Data Migration to guide a key delivery team through a large-scale data migration and digital transformation programme. You will own the team's scope, priorities, resources, timelines, and performance, coordinating across business, IT, data, and stakeholders to deliver outputs on time, within budget and to required quality standards.

This remote, international role requires strong leadership and proven experience delivering

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading IT delivery within complex programmes.
• Strong governance, planning, and milestone management skills.
• Experience with budgets, costs, and resource allocation.
• Stakeholder management with senior/executive exposure.
• Experience relating to data migration and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Commercial IT team throughout the data migration programme.
• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with programme goals.
• Translate milestones into team deadlines and actionable priorities.
• Coordinate work, manage capacity, priorities, and resources.
• Monitor delivery, budgets, and quality against agreed scope.
• Identify tools, skills, and capabilities required for success.
• Oversee team budget and report progress to Programme Management.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure delivery progress and success.
• Interface between senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with business, IT, data, and other stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and blockers.
• Provide clear progress updates and escalate as needed.
• Foster communication and collaboration across participating teams.
