Asset Living is seeking a motivated Systems Support Specialist to respond to tickets, resolve issues, and assist with property management system migrations during onboarding.

You will help distribute and support the ongoing use of property management systems, collaborate to improve processes, and maintain training materials. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support tickets and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
• Assist with property management system migration during onboarding.
• Distribute and support the ongoing use of property management systems.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and optimize system functionality.
• Maintain system documentation and training materials.
• Deliver systems training.
• Identify and escalate system issues to the appropriate team members.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
