Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in admin/office management with 1–2 years of experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Proficient in MS Office; strong PowerPoint skills; willingness to learn collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Represent BCG with client counterparts on admin topics.
• Prepare and manage end-to-end security clearances processes.
• Assist with admin tasks like printing and calendar management.
• Diary management and scheduling client and internal meetings.
• Organize domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and clients.
• Coordinate meeting-room logistics.
• Prepare expense reports and track costs.
• Provide back-up for CTSs, Reception, and EAs.
• Deliver training to new hires on topics.
• Produce high-quality PowerPoint documents to standards.
• Manage translation backlog and assist with translation.
• Attend team meetings; ad hoc duties.
