Job summary

Black & Grey HR is seeking an OD Specialist for a 6-month temporary assignment in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role focuses on organisation design, job architecture, evaluation, compensation analysis, performance management, and manpower planning to ensure accurate and aligned HR structures.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years in Organisation Development or HR analytics, strong Excel and HRIS skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic oil & gas environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, organisation development, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in organisation development, HR analytics, or a similar function.
• Strong experience in organisation design, job evaluation, and manpower planning.
• Advanced analytical and data-modelling skills with Excel and HRIS proficiency.
• Experience in large, complex organisations, preferably oil & gas or energy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain organisation structures and org charts, including reporting lines and span of control.
• Support organisation design, restructuring, and new function initiatives with role mapping.
• Conduct job analysis and evaluation; draft/update job descriptions and grading records.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and internal equity analysis.
• Support annual salary reviews, promotions, and job upgrades with data analysis.
• Support performance management framework and reporting.
• Support manpower planning and budgeting with cost modelling.
• Ensure HRIS data accuracy and audit trails.
• Support HR policy updates in line with UAE labour requirements.
• Prepare ad hoc HR/OD analysis and reports.
