Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a senior commercial professional to support frame contracts and large/complex deals across the EMESA region, with focus on Middle East. The role partners with CCOs, MD&P and senior leaders to shape pricing, terms and risk management.

You will interact with Finance, Legal and Risk teams and lead negotiation strategies under tight timelines. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in procurement or consulting, fluency in English, and proven ability to influence senior

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Procurement leadership experience for a leading market player.
• Experience in a leading professional services company; consulting preferred.
• Masters degree or MBA; fluent English required.
• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen with risk awareness.
• Ability to operate independently in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with senior partners within a matrix organization.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial negotiations for frame contracts and large/complex deals.
• Perform price analysis and review key contracts in the region.
• Track negotiation status and maintain a final terms summary.
• Coordinate contract implementation with legal and finance.
• Develop commercial know-how and share it with internal teams.
• Contribute to pricing tools and templates for rate cards.
