The candidate will drive market expansion, oversee cross-functional collaboration with Capital Markets and Research, and ensure delivery of integrated solutions across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant experience in the Middle East.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising and rewarding performance is preferred.
• Ability to lead exchange of sensitive information and convey performance expectations.
• Strong communication skills with a track record of client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional Industrial & Logistics strategy with focus on expanding market share.
• Establish and deliver annual revenue, profitability and growth objectives.
• Lead major occupier, landlord, developer and investor mandates across the Middle East.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial performance for the Industrial & Logistics business.
• Recruit, develop and retain high-performing professionals across the region.
• Represent CBRE at industry events and enhance market profile across the Middle East.
