Roles and Responsibilities

• Customer communication management
• Microwaveproject delivery and implementation, and resolve the product technicalissue encountered during the project delivery, to finish the delivery intime.
• Microwave product routine maintenance andtroubleshooting, supporting the daily maintenance, issue management,troubleshooting, emergency service recovery, network optimization andimprove network performance.
• Microwave product technical solution preparation and review, live network change implementation and key event guarantee.
• Knowledge transfer to customer.

Requirements

• Basic project management, delivery and communication skill.
• Understanding Microwave transmission principle and Microwave equipment.
• Basicknowledge of OSI model, TCP/IP protocol, Ethernet basic theories,networking and application of basic services on the Ethernet.
• Understandingthe frame structure, encapsulation, virtual concatenation, and LCAS ofEthernet. Have a command of IP address and sub-net division.
• Competentability in the use of personal computers, word processing, andspreadsheet use and ability to learn specialized computer applicationsused by the department in performing the job.
• Stronginterpersonal and communication skills and the ability to workeffectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
• Diagnosing problems associated with equipment and Microwave system.

Other Requirements
