Qualifications

• Basic project management and delivery communication skills.
• Understanding microwave transmission principles and equipment.
• Basic OSI, TCP/IP, Ethernet principles.
• Knowledge of Ethernet frame structure, VLANs, LCAS and IP subnetting.
• Proficiency with common office software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse teams.
• Ability to diagnose equipment and microwave system problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Deliver and implement microwave project activities and ensure timely delivery.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting and network optimization.
• Prepare and review technical solutions; implement live network changes.
