Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi, UAE seeks an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant/Developer to drive the design, customization, and end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Online School Booking solution.

You will build plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and integrations with external systems and payment gateways, and provide production support and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Power Automate, JavaScript, Dataverse, REST APIs, Azure Integration Services.
• Hands-on experience with Plugins, Custom Workflows, Actions, Web Resources, Ribbon Customizations, Business Process Flows.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Develop Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Actions, and JavaScript customizations.
• Build and maintain Power Automate flows.
• Develop and support integrations with external systems and APIs.
• Implement payment gateway integrations (PayFort, Apple Pay, payment providers).
• Design and implement security roles, business rules, and workflows.
• Participate in technical design workshops and solution reviews.
• Perform code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
