Job summary

Dautom in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant/Developer to design and implement CRM solutions for a large-scale online school booking project.

You will build Power Automate flows, integrate with external systems and payment gateways, and ensure secure, maintainable deployments. 5+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM development experience and strong problem-solving skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, C#, Power Platform and Dataverse.
• Experience with REST APIs and external system integrations.
• Hands-on with plugins, workflows, actions, web resources.
• Knowledge of security roles and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Build and maintain Power Automate flows.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems, REST APIs, and payment gateways.
• Implement security roles, business rules, and workflows.
• Participate in technical design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.
