Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant/Developer to support a large-scale Online School Booking solution. The role covers CRM customization, integrations, payment gateway implementation, automation, and end-to-end technical delivery.

Responsibilities include designing and developing CRM solutions, building Power Automate flows, and managing security roles and workflows.

Qualifications

5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
Proficient in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Power Automate, JavaScript, Dataverse, REST APIs, and Azure Integration Services.
Hands-on experience with Plugins, Custom Workflows, Actions, Web Resources, Ribbon Customizations, and Business Process Flows.
Experience integrating third-party applications and payment gateways.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Develop Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Actions, and JavaScript customizations.
Build and maintain Power Automate flows.
Develop and support integrations with external systems and APIs.
Implement payment gateway integrations (PayFort, Apple Pay, payment providers).
Design and implement security roles, business rules, and workflows.
Participate in technical design workshops and solution reviews.
Perform code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
