Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant/Developer to support a large-scale Online School Booking solution. The role covers CRM customization, integrations, payment gateway implementation, automation, and end-to-end technical delivery.

Responsibilities include designing and developing CRM solutions, building Power Automate flows, and managing security roles and workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
• Proficient in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Power Automate, JavaScript, Dataverse, REST APIs, and Azure Integration Services.
• Hands-on experience with Plugins, Custom Workflows, Actions, Web Resources, Ribbon Customizations, and Business Process Flows.
• Experience integrating third-party applications and payment gateways.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
