Job summary

Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking a proactive Sales Manager – MICE to drive revenue from Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with corporate planners, DMCs, PCOs, and events, and coordinate closely with Banqueting, F&B, and Operations for flawless execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in MICE sales within luxury hospitality or event management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and develop new MICE opportunities through prospecting and client engagement.
• Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations with key decision-makers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to maximize repeat business.
• Represent Rosewood Abu Dhabi at tradeshows and events to generate leads and promote the hotel.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and contracts aligned with client needs and revenue strategies.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless planning and execution of groups and events.
• Monitor and evaluate group and event success, gathering client feedback to enhance service quality.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information and sales activities in the CRM.
