Job summary

Mama Shelter Dubai is seeking a proactive MICE Sales professional to grow meetings, incentives, conferences and events. You will identify and pursue corporate clients, agencies, and industry partners, while walking opportunities from enquiry to close.

You will travel across Dubai’s market, conduct client meetings, site inspections, and industry events, building a strong pipeline and delivering compelling proposals to meet Mama Shelter’s commercial goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hospitality sales experience, with focus on MICE, events or group business.
• Ability to build pipelines, convert opportunities and drive revenue.
• Strong networking with corporate clients, agencies, DMCs, PCOs, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive MICE business for Mama Shelter Dubai, developing and executing sales strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, agencies, DMCs and partners.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, presentations and events to generate new business.
