Marlin Selection Recruitment seeks an experienced Arabic-speaking Metals Originator / Business Developer for its Dubai sales team. You will source new clients while managing ongoing relationships across the Middle East and India, coordinating trading with international desks and providing market insights.

The role combines origination with day-to-day coverage of metals and derivatives, requiring strong network, market knowledge, and willingness to travel extensively in the region.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in base metals and/or precious metals markets.
• Proven track record in originating and developing new business in the Middle East and/or Indian metals markets.
• Established network of industry contacts across trading/industrial clients.
• Strong knowledge of LME base metals and derivatives markets.
• Experience with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, order management systems and trade execution platforms.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients across the Middle East and India.
• Originate new business with reputable industrial, trading and institutional counterparties.
• Build and manage long-term client relationships; be the day-to-day contact for trading needs.
• Coordinate client orders and trading requests with international market-making desks.
• Provide clients with metals market intelligence and updates.
• Support clients across trade execution, margin requirements, onboarding, KYC and ongoing account maintenance.
• Work with Credit, Compliance, Operations and Finance to ensure client needs are met.
• Travel across the region to develop new and existing relationships.
• Represent the business at industry events, conferences and client meetings.
