Job summary

Horizon3 is seeking a high-impact Field & Channel Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing across META, focusing on UAE as the largest market. You will drive demand gen, partner marketing, and regional go-to-market execution to accelerate pipeline growth for Enterprise and Commercial sales.

You will translate global campaigns into local programs, manage multi-touch initiatives, and build strong relationships with resellers, distributors, MSSPs, and alliance partners across the region.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B technology marketing.
• Experience marketing to UAE and META region.
• Strong mix of field, channel, and demand-gen marketing.
• Proven track record enabling revenue teams and driving pipeline.
• Experience with indirect routes: VARs, distributors, alliances, MSSPs.
• Strong commercial acumen; able to prioritise market opportunities.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with listed tools and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the integrated META marketing plan.
• Prioritize UAE as largest market; scale across region.
• Translate campaigns into local programs to drive pipeline and partner engagement.
• Develop multi-touch programs: events, webinars, ABM, digital, direct mail.
• Support regional sales with strategy, insights, and execution.
• Build partner marketing plans with resellers, distributors, MSSPs, alliances.
• Drive MDF / co-marketing investment toward pipeline outcomes.
• Launch partner-led demand generation campaigns with channel team.
• Strengthen relationships with channel leaders and partner teams.
• Manage lead flow, nurture, and conversion with SDRs and sales.
• Monitor campaign ROI and optimize for pipeline impact.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Share best practices across EMEA.
