Qualifications

• BA, preferably master’s degree.
• Experience managing databases and data analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of databases and financial data flows.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with strict deadlines with high data quality.
• Business acumen and excellent problem‑solving, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation of budgets and forecasts; support costing updates.
• Maintain analytics and FC tools; manage data warehouses and dashboards.
• Analyze performance and variances; ensure data integrity across MESEA.
• Extract, clean, and transform financial data from internal systems.
• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards for finance stakeholders; resolve data mapping issues.
• Collaborate with IT to improve data pipelines and data quality.
