Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz in Dubai is seeking an ambitious Finance Analyst to support financial operations across MEA. You will gain exposure to accounting, reporting, project costing, controls, and decision support, with duties spanning payments, intercompany processes and month-end close.

The role emphasizes ownership, learning agility and collaboration with Sales, Projects and Service functions to drive process improvements and accurate financial deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit or controlling.
• Hands-on exposure to an ERP environment; SAP experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel capability, including lookups, pivot tables, logical formulas and data reconciliation.
• Progress toward ACCA, CIMA, CA, CPA, CMA (or equivalent) is advantageous.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Payments, banking and expense administration, ensuring accuracy and timely reimbursement.
• Support monthly intercompany reporting and netting reconciliation.
• Own end-to-end preparation and processing of supplier, employee and intercompany payments.
• Validate payment requests against invoices, POs, approvals and policies.
• Prepare payment batches in ERP and banking platforms with proper controls.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve unmatched items.
