Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit or controlling.
• Hands-on exposure to an ERP environment; SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel capability with lookups, pivot tables, formulas and data reconciliation.
• Progress toward ACCA/CIMA/CA/CPA/CMA or country-specific designation; not mandatory.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Payments, banking and expense administration (primary focus).
• Administer employee expense claims and reimbursements.
• Support monthly intercompany reporting and netting reconciliation.
• End-to-end processing of supplier, employee and intercompany payments.
• Validate payment requests against invoices, POs, approvals and policies.
• Prepare payment batches in ERP and banking platforms; ensure proper approvals.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve cash-book differences.
• Support month-end close with GL reconciliations, accruals and reporting.
• Prepare VAT returns and support audits.
• Partner with Sales, Projects and other functions to provide financial support.
• Identify opportunities to simplify or automate processes.
