This role focuses on deepening relationships with existing Fortis customers, identifying upsell opportunities across Smart POS, Loyalty, Table Pay, and other VAS products, and delivering consultative product demos to match each merchant’s business model and growth stage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, account management or revenue expansion.
• Consultative selling style, not transactional.
• Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot.
• Ability to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in UAE/MENA.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of existing merchants and identify upsell opportunities across Fortis products.
• Run consultative product demos and online presentations.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Partnerships, and Onboarding teams.
• Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets with clean CRM records.
• Route complex or large deals to the right team to prevent pipeline leakage.
