Job summary

Paymob is seeking a motivated Sales Acquisition Specialist for the UAE team. You will manage and grow relationships with existing merchants across the UAE market, focusing on upselling and cross-selling to maximize merchant value and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
Hands-on experience within the UAE market and understanding of local business dynamics.
Strong lead generation, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proven ability to manage merchant relationships and drive business growth.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Generate leads and acquire new merchants across the UAE market.
Build and manage a sales pipeline through outbound activities and field visits.
