Job summary

Findr DXB ( Dream Jobs HR Consultant LLC) seeks an experienced Multi Technician (HVAC) to join our Facility Management and Home Maintenance team in Dubai. The role focuses on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include servicing Split, Ducted Split, Package Units, VRF/VRV, electrical and plumbing maintenance, and completing service reports with supervisors and customers.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Split, Ducted Split, Package Units, VRF & VRV systems.
• Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Multi Technician (HVAC) to join our Facility Management and Home Maintenance team immediately. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in HVAC systems, along with working knowledge of electrical and plumbing maintenance. The role involves carrying out installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works for residential and commercial properties while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including Split, Ducted Split, Package Units, VRF, and VRV systems. Diagnose faults and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning systems. Replace compressors, perform gas charging, leak detection, and routine AC servicing. Carry out basic electrical maintenance, including replacement of switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, and troubleshooting minor electrical faults. Perform basic plumbing works, including repairing water leaks, replacing taps, mixers, wash basins, WC accessories, clearing drain blockages, and other minor plumbing repairs. Conduct routine inspections of residential and commercial properties and recommend necessary maintenance or repairs. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete all work safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition. Complete service reports accurately and communicate effectively with supervisors and customers. Comply with all company health, safety, and operational procedures while maintaining a clean and professional work environment.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
• Experience with Split, Ducted Split, Package Units, VRF & VRV systems
• Knowledge of AC servicing, gas charging, leak detection and compressor replacement
• Good working knowledge of basic Electrical and Plumbing maintenance
• Experience in Facilities Management or Home Maintenance preferred
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service
