Job summary

Al Ghurair Group is looking for an experienced MEP Maintenance Technician in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves supervising preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems with a focus on meeting SLA/KPI requirements. Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience, preferably in UAE/GCC settings, and a strong background in troubleshooting and fault diagnosis across various MEP systems. The position requires the ability to work under pressure and coordinate effectively with teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in MEP maintenance (FM/AMC preferred).
• UAE/GCC experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise buildings preferred.
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems (DX & chilled water).

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems.
• Diagnose complex faults and carry out necessary repairs.
• Ensure all maintenance activities meet SLA/KPI requirements.
• Attend emergency breakdowns and restore services quickly.
• Maintain service records, PPM checklists, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company procedures.

  • HVAC systems (DX units, FCUs, AHUs, package units, chilled water systems)
  • Electrical systems (DBs, MCCs, lighting, controls)
  • Plumbing systems
• Diagnose complex faults and carry out necessary repairs and rectifications
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed as per SLA/KPI requirements
• Attend emergency breakdowns and ensure quick restoration of services
• Maintain service records, PPM checklists, and technical reports
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors for work execution
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company procedures

Qualification & Experience

• ITI in Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent
• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in MEP maintenance (FM/AMC preferred)
• UAE/GCC experience in residential, commercial, or high‑rise buildings preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills across MEP systems
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems (DX & chilled water)
