Job summary

Black Tulip Flowers LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced MEP technician to ensure the smooth operation of residential, commercial and industrial facilities. You will maintain and repair mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems across air handling units, chilled water systems, rooftop units, condensers and pumps, ensuring reliable comfort and safety.

The role focuses on servicing split AC systems, monitoring system pressures and temperatures, and promptly addressing issues to minimize

Qualifications

• Experience in performing routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience servicing and troubleshooting split AC systems (wall-mounted, cassette, ducted).
• Ability to monitor and check chilled water systems, compressors, temperatures and refrigerants.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on MEP systems across residential, commercial and industrial facilities.
• Troubleshoot split AC systems including wall-mounted, cassette, and ducted units.
• Check Chilled Water systems: monitor pressures, temperatures and refrigerants.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations for MEP systems.
• Respond to emergency repair requests promptly to minimize downtime.

Job description

Ensures the smooth running of a residential commercial and industrial facilities mechanical electrical and plumbing system Maintaining and repairing equipment on facility systems such as Air Handling Units chilled water systems rooftop packaged units condenser pumps cooling towers split AC systems and filters

Primary duties and responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical electrical and plumbing systems throughout the facilities
• Commercial residential and industrial Experience in servicing and troubleshooting split AC systems wall-mounted cassette ducted etc
• Chilled Water Checks Monitor compressor pressures water temperatures and refrigerant levels
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations in the operation and maintenance of MEP systems
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and ensure timely resolution of issues to minimize disruption to operations
• Provide technical support and guidance to other staff members as needed
• Perform other duties as and when assigned
