Job summary

Talent One Solutions is seeking a Quantity Surveyor – MEP in Abu Dhabi to manage cost control and contractual administration for complex electromechanical projects. You will prepare BOQs, quantify works and support payment applications for sub-contractors in a dynamic project environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in MEP/electromechanical fields, with UAE experience preferred. This role requires robust cost management, procurement support and accurate final accounts preparation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP, BMS or electromechanical fields.
• UAE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs for MEP and electromechanical works.
• Measure completed work and prepare payment applications and subcontractor assessments.
• Evaluate variations and maintain cost and commercial records.
• Support procurement, cost control and preparation of final accounts.
