Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned MEP Quantity Surveyor to manage cost planning, procurement, and contract administration for complex MEP packages across construction and fit-out projects.

The role requires at least five years of MEP QS experience, strong cost control, and knowledge of standard contract forms. On-site work in Abu Dhabi with responsibilities spanning pre- and post-contract services and regular cost reporting.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with specific focus on MEP systems.
• Experience managing costs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations.
• Familiarity with multiple contract forms (FIDIC, JCT, NEC, local variants).

Mansioni

• Administer MEP contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
• Monitor and control MEP costs throughout construction phases.
• Assess and value MEP variations and change orders.
• Process interim payment applications and final accounts for MEP contractors.
• Conduct site measurements and verification of completed MEP works.
