Job summary

Experts Plus Recruitment Services seeks an experienced Project Manager – MEP to join one of our reputed clients in the UAE on an outsourced basis. The role oversees planning, coordination across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, and ensures works align with drawings and project requirements.

With 5+ years UAE MEP project management experience, you will supervise on-site activities, manage stakeholders, monitor progress and budget, and produce progress reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in MEP project management
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/MEP engineering
• Experience coordinating HVAC, electrical, and plumbing works
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and reading MEP drawings
• Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate MEP projects from start to finish
• Supervise day-to-day on-site MEP activities
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers
• Ensure works follow drawings, specs, and schedules
• Monitor progress and budget; prepare progress reports
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover activities
