Job summary

BK Gulf LLC in Dubai seeks a highly experienced Commercial Manager - Project to lead all commercial, contractual, and financial management for large-scale MEP projects in the UAE. You will protect the company from risks and maximise project value while guiding subcontracts, variations, and claims.

The role requires extensive experience in FIDIC-based contracts, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of delivering complex building and mall developments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of commercial management experience, including senior leadership in the GCC/Gulf region.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Law.
• RICS membership preferred; Master’s in Construction Law or LLM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and administer contracts to protect the company's rights.
• Manage notices related to time, cost, delays, and variations.
• Lead commercial relationships with Client, Consultant, Engineer, and stakeholders.
• Provide strategic contractual advice to project leadership.
• Ensure governance and policy compliance.
