Mira Developments in Dubai seeks an experienced MEP Manager to lead all mechanical, electrical and plumbing activities on complex construction projects. You will oversee design coordination, subcontractors, testing, commissioning and handover, ensuring safety and quality across disciplines.

You bring a bachelor’s in mechanical or electrical engineering, 10+ years in MEP with large-scale projects, strong leadership, and full proficiency in AutoCAD and project planning tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of MEP experience in construction.
• Proven experience in managing MEP for large-scale building projects.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and ELV systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning software.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and supervise all MEP activities across the project.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors and project teams.
• Review MEP drawings, submittals, and material approvals.
• Ensure works follow drawings, specs, quality standards, and schedules.
• Monitor progress, manpower, materials, procurement and installation.
• Resolve technical issues and coordinate clashes between MEP and other disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local authority requirements.
• Manage testing, commissioning, inspections, and handover.
• Monitor costs, variations, and subcontractor performance.
• Prepare progress reports and ensure timely completion.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven MEP Manager to oversee and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for our construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience in managing MEP operations from project execution through testing, commissioning, and handover.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all MEP activities across the project.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other project teams.
• Review MEP drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals.
• Ensure MEP works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, procurement, and installation activities.
