Qualificações

• Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Experience drafting MEP drawings for building projects; UAE experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit MEP and Navisworks helpful.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination practices.
• Familiarity with UAE regulations and authority requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to interpret engineering specifications.
• Effective communication and teamwork across project groups.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and revise MEP shop drawings, layout plans, sections, and as-built drawings based on design documents and site information.
• Develop coordinated drawings for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems, as applicable to the project.
• Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, and other services to identify and resolve clashes before construction.
• Incorporate engineering comments, consultant feedback, and site changes into drawings, maintaining clear revision records.
• Check drawings for accuracy, consistency, dimensions, annotations, and compliance with project standards and applicable codes.
• Support engineers and site teams by providing drawing updates and clarifications throughout the construction process.
• Maintain organized drawing files and submit deliverables in accordance with project procedures and deadlines.

We are seeking a detail-oriented MEP Draftsman to prepare accurate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings for construction projects in Dubai. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and site teams to develop coordinated drawings that meet project specifications, applicable UAE requirements, and construction timelines.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit MEP, BIM coordination, or Navisworks is an advantage.
• Good understanding of MEP systems, construction drawings, and coordination practices.
• Familiarity with UAE building regulations and authority requirements is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, spatial awareness, and ability to interpret engineering specifications and markups.
• Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across project teams.
