Job summary

Al Qasr Al Amir Tech.Cont.LLC in the UAE seeks an MEP Draughtsman with at least 1 year of experience to prepare and modify MEP drawings using AutoCAD, coordinating with site teams and other disciplines.

You will prepare as-built drawings, update drawings for site changes, and work with engineers to ensure accurate shop drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. GCC experience and FM/maintenance exposure are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an MEP Draughtsman.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MEP drawings.
• Ability to prepare and modify MEP shop drawings, layouts, and as-built drawings.
• Basic understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• GCC experience will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Facilities Management / Maintenance will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
