Job summary

Emirates Electrical Engineering LLC seeks a seasoned MEP Divisional Manager to oversee the MEP projects lifecycle from design to handover. You will drive profitability, govern costs, optimize resources, and report on performance while pursuing new opportunities to grow the division.

You will lead cross-functional teams across design, procurement, contracts, and finance, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality delivery for apartments, towers, malls and commercial facilities in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Master’s degree in Business Management preferred.
• PMI - PMP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the P&L of the MEP division with strong financial governance.
• Establish cost and revenue monitoring systems for projects.
• Optimize resource allocation for project execution.
• Lead procurement plans and ensure timely material delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders for project success.
