Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking a Senior MEP Manager to lead all mechanical, electrical and public health engineering activities across the project lifecycle, from design through testing, commissioning and handover.

You will coordinate with the Project Director, consultants, contractors and authorities to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant solutions that meet quality, budget and schedule objectives, with a focus on risk management and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• 20+ years of relevant experience in major building and infrastructure projects, preferably in museum.
• Experience in managing MEP delivery on large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong understanding of UAE regulations and energy efficiency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Full Project Lifecycle MEP Management from concept to handover.
• Lead MEP activities and provide technical leadership to consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate design submissions, reviews, calculations, and documentation.
• Oversee on-site MEP activities and monitor contractor performance.
• Coordinate authority approvals and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead testing, commissioning, and handover strategies.
• Support sustainability goals including energy and water efficiency.
