Job summary

Al-Futtaim Real Estate is seeking a Senior MEP Manager to establish and manage the MEP delivery strategy, coordinating with the Project Director, consultants, contractors, and authorities. You will oversee design integration, construction oversight, sustainability, and risk management to ensure MEP systems meet the project’s operational requirements and design vision.

You will lead from concept through handover, review designs for compliance, coordinate with architectural and other disciplines,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
• 20 years of relevant experience across major building and infrastructure projects.
• Museum project experience preferred.
• Experience managing MEP delivery for large-scale and technically complex projects.
• Strong understanding of UAE regulations and energy efficiency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP activities from concept through design development, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Establish and maintain the overall MEP delivery strategy for complex projects.
• Provide technical leadership to project teams, consultants, contractors and specialists.
• Coordinate MEP with architecture and other disciplines from early development.
• Identify and mitigate technical, programme, cost and interface risks.
• Advise senior leadership on significant MEP matters.
